Since its founding, the company has aimed to create a flexible, multi-sector economic entity, committed to complying with the legal and regulatory requirements of each sector in which it operates.

pharmaceutical, and cosmetic fields through the import and distribution of medical supplies and equipment, human and veterinary medicines, as
well as establishing and managing hospitals and health centers, and participating in healthcare and occupational safety services.

Operating in investment across all sectors
including agricultural and livestock production using modern technology such as crop cultivation, livestock, poultry, and farming, & product processing. This includes establishing farms, storage facilities, cooling & marketing services. The company also manufactures and assembles agricultural & industrial equipment, manages agricultural projects, land reclamation, and well drilling, subject to necessary approvals.

Operating in light, heavy, artisanal, & metal indus tries,
including the establishment and operation of cement factories,
quarries, ceramics, and manufacturing of industrial equipment &
products. Also includes textile production, mills, grain silos,
refrigeration, ice storage, water bottling, and providing technical
solutions, subject to necessary approvals.

Operating in real estate development,
construction, and engineering, including integrated contracting (architectural, civil, mechanical), maintenance, repairs, and engineering consultancy. Activities
include design and supervision of roads, bridges, residential and industrial complexes, sewage networks, water stations, well drilling, steel structures, and marine and construction projects—subject to approvals. Also involved in establishing colleges, training centers, private schools, and
kindergartens with the necessary approvals.

Operating in general trade through the import
export, and distribution of various goods such as agricultural equipment, clothing, and cosmetics. The company also markets
women’s accessories, subject to necessary approvals.

Operating in travel, tourism, and hospitality
including running travel agencies, organizing tours, Hajj and Umrah,
managing restaurants and ground hospitality services. The company
also o ers land, sea, and air transport services, car and truck rentals,
port development, shipping, and customs clearance. Activities also
include establishing schools, training centers, and vehicle mainte
nance, subject to necessary approvals.

The company is also active in technology, AI, telecommunications, and e-payment services, including installation and maintenance of internet and phone networks.
